Insects are everywhere! Their diversity is amazing, and new insects are still being found. They serve many important roles such as pollinators, decomposers, and food for other animals. They are even harvested and consumed in many human cultures. Despite the few species that are problematic (tics, mosquitoes, deer flies, etc.), many more insects are beneficial and quite beautiful.
